Problem
Multi-vendor commerce flows were fragmented across ERP, OMS and storefront — every campaign required manual stitching, and high-traffic periods exposed brittle handoffs between order, stock and payment systems.
Approach
We unified the integration layer between ERP, OMS, WMS and the storefront under a single orchestration runtime — designed for high-traffic campaign days. Vendor onboarding, catalog sync and order routing were rebuilt as deterministic flows with observability and replay built in.
